  1. Log in to SBI Internet Banking
  2. Go to “e-Services” section
    • in the menu “e-Services”, Select the option.
  3. Click on the “Transfer of Savings Account” option
    • Select the account you wish to transfer to.
    • New branch Branch Code Enter (Branch Code).
    • Fill in the rest of the details. “Submit” Click the button.
  4. Verify with OTP
    • OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
    • Enter that OTP “Confirm” Click.
  5. The account branch change process will be completed
    • Your account will be transferred to the new branch within 5 to 7 days.
    • Visit the new branch, and KYC documents (PAN/Aadhar) should be updated.

You go to your SBI branch Account Transfer Application should be submitted.

Step by step process
  1. Go to your current branch
    • SBI Account Holder Name, Account Number & Current branch details containing the Account Change Application Form (Account Transfer Request Form) should be taken.
  2. Fill the Application Form
    • Your name, account number, current branch name, new branch name (New Branch Code must be provided)
    • Attach KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Address Proof).
  3. Present to the Bank Manager
    • A bank manager will review your application, and the Account change request will be approved.
  4. The account change process is complete
    • Account will be transferred to new branch within 7 working days.
